Brighton v Aston Villa Premier League Kick Off Time, TV Channel, News

Saturday’s Premier League TV program kicks off with the battle of new bosses as Unai Emery’s Aston Villa take on Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton.

The latter was given a bit more time to settle into his role and led his side to a second straight win at the weekend as they continued their hammering of Chelsea with a 3-2 win over Wolves at Molineux .

The Seagulls sit sixth in the Premier League table and are well worth their position – having evolved over the past few years with the kind of trajectory that Emery hopes Aston Villa will emulate under his stewardship.

His tenure could not have started better as the West Midlands club beat Man Utd 3-1 at Villa Park on Sunday.

It will be some time before we see Emery’s Aston Villa really take shape, but the focus on the defensive structure and dynamic forwards that were key to their success against the Red Devils will surely be at the heart of their identity in the future.

With the World Cup fast approaching, both teams will be keen to take the three points and keep their momentum going until the break. has gathered everything you need to know about how to watch Brighton v Aston Villa on TV and online.

Our prediction: Brighton v Aston Villa

After such an impressive performance and result last weekend, Emery will surely be tempted to name an unchanged side against Brighton, especially as their midfield proved so effective against the 4-2-3-1 from Man Utd – the same formation that De Zerbi has favored in recent weeks.

Sunday’s hosts are less shaky than the Red Devils, however, and will be a tough test for Aston Villa at the Amex.

They really seem to have found their groove under the Italian coach and will know that three points should see them reach the World Cup break in the European places – and above Graham Potter’s Chelsea.

Our prediction: Brighton 2-1 Aston Villa (2/17 at bet365)
