Our prediction: Liverpool vs Brighton

It will be interesting to see how De Zerbi prepares his side against the Reds and if he strays from the system that has helped Brighton make such an impressive start to the season.

He’s preferred a 4-2-3-1 in the past, and that’s likely to be the setup he’ll choose if he’s looking to make changes for the trip to Anfield.

The Seagulls side are very confident and will be desperate to impress their new boss, but it’s hard to underestimate the importance of Thiago’s return to Liverpool and that fact should be illustrated with three points on Saturday.

Our prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Brighton (2/17 at bet365)
