Newcastle v Everton Premier League kick off time, TV channel, news

After praising Eddie Howe’s work at Newcastle United, Frank Lampard will know just how difficult it will be for Everton to claim all three points when they travel to St James’ Park on the TV program of the Wednesday’s Premier League. .

Lampard described the Toffees’ next opponents as ‘a very good side with a fantastic manager and staff’ in his pre-match press conference while calling on his side to ‘show personality’ in the clash mid-week.

Back-to-back defeats to Man Utd and Tottenham were perhaps to be expected, but taking on Newcastle, who aspire to a top-six finish this term, will be a good test of where the visitors stand at the moment.

Their hosts held on for a good point at Old Trafford on Sunday as the Red Devils missed a few late chances, and may even feel that if a few things happened in the first half they could have come away with more.

That result left Newcastle sixth in the table after 10 games and a win tomorrow night would put them fifth – assuming Man Utd don’t beat Tottenham.

Howe will likely tell his team that games like Wednesday’s are exactly what they need to win if they are to fulfill their European dream this season. has gathered everything you need to know about how to watch Newcastle v Everton on TV and online.

Our prediction: Newcastle v Everton

Everton were once the team launching an assault on the big English clubs, but it looks like the baton has been passed to Newcastle this season.

They head into Wednesday’s game as favorites and after drawing at Old Trafford they will be hoping to regain the incisive attacking form that saw them score five goals against Brentford and four against Fulham.

Goalscoring has been a problem for the Toffees but they will be boosted by the return of Anthony Gordon from suspension and the presence of Dominic Calvert-Lewin on the bench which could help end their losing streak .

Our prediction: Newcastle 1-1 Everton (7/1 at bet365)
