Watford v Crystal Palace Premier League Kick Off Time, TV Channel, News

Watford take on Crystal Palace in a game crucial to their survival hopes heading into the final third of the season.

Roy Hodgson has enjoyed a positive impact since joining the club with the former England manager overseeing an excellent win over Aston Villa at the weekend.

The Hornets are four points behind Newcastle, who are 17th, having played the same number of games. A win over discolored Palace would tighten the pack again.

Crystal Palace is once again sitting in no man’s land. They are 13th without a win in the Premier League in 2022.

Patrick Vieira has shown a lot of promise in the hot seat, but he knows that more will be expected of him the longer he stays there. Slipping into a relegation battle wouldn’t be a good idea given some of the talent at his disposal.

Our prediction: Watford v Crystal Palace

Watford have been a rock and roll unit all season with some notable defeats littered their run so far. Hodgson seems to be changing that.

The Hornets have looked tighter and more robust in their outings under Hodgson so far. Had Jarrod Bowen’s effort not been diverted beyond Ben Foster, they would have recorded clean sheets against West Ham and Aston Villa, and all the attacking strength each team has.

However, Palace have a vast arsenal to choose from when it comes to picking Watford’s lock.

Our prediction: Watford 1-1 Crystal Palace (11/2 at bet365)
